Why this is so common

When you’re running a small business, attention is fragmented by necessity. You’re doing the work, serving customers, managing schedules, and keeping the business moving.

The problem with existing solutions

Communication is one of the strongest drivers of revenue and customer loyalty — yet it’s often treated as an after thought. For most operators, it competes with everything else. For us, it is the work.

At the same time, we knew the solution had to be accessible. Traditional options like virtual assistants or agencies are often too expensive, too detached, or too rigid for small businesses. Software alone removes effort, but not responsibility.
